How to brew

Open the sachet and gently tap the filter bag to settle the grounds.

Tear along the line, pull out the wings, and hook them over the rim of your cup.

Add hot water (just off the boil). Start with a small pour to bloom the coffee, then wait 30 seconds.

Slowly pour up to 200ml (or to your preferred strength).

Add milk if you like, or enjoy it black.
