Grown at 1900–2110m in the Oromia Guji region, processed using an anaerobic wine method that locks in every layer of fruit and sweetness the bean has to offer.
The result: blackberry, raspberry, purple grape up front. Mango and florals in the body. Honey, hazelnut and dark chocolate on the finish.
Cupping score: 87.25.
