A slightly nutty coffee with tiny hints of fruit and chocolate. I hand-ground my beans and made with an aeropress. My preference is for more citrus (e.g Kenyan) than chocolatey, so I am enjoying the Timor Leste more than DRoasters' PNG beans. I am still on the hunt for a really fruity bean roasted in Darwin though!
